Acceptance
By creating an account or using MyFoodFeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use MyFoodFeed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myfoodfeed.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
User content
You keep ownership of the meals, photos, and notes you upload. By uploading, you grant MyFoodFeed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (including running it through our AI analysis pipeline and showing it to people you have shared with).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, infringing, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Reports filed by users are reviewed in our moderation queue and acted on, typically within 24 hours.
AI-generated information
MyFoodFeed uses AI to estimate nutrition information from your photos. These estimates are not medical advice and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for clinical decisions, allergy avoidance, or other situations where precision is critical.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFoodFeed and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
